  • Exterior System: Siding, Doors, Windows, Screens, Patios, Walkways, Railings, Balconies, Decks, Stoops, Grading and DrainagePorches           
  • Interior System:  Walls, Floors, Ceilings, Stairs, Interior Rooms and Closets,  Fireplace  Damper door and hearth, Smoke Detectors (test buttons)
  • HVAC Systems: Heating and Cooling Systems and Components, Vents and Duct Work, Registers, Controls, Thermostats,
  • Insulation and Ventilation: Attic, Walls, Crawlspace, Floors, Lines, ductwork, air and vapor barriers 
  • Plumbing Systems: Main Water Shut-off Valves, Water Heating Systems, Interior and Exterior Plumbing Fixtures, Faucets, Drain Systems, Sump Pumps, Accessible Floats, 
  • Electrical System: Main Service Feed, Meter Panel, Meter Box, Main Disconnect, Service Amperage,  Distribution sub panels, breakers, fuses, switches, outlets, GFCI's, AFCI's, Grounding and bonding,
  • Other Systems: Basement, Foundation , Crawlspace, Water Penetration and Foundation Movement,
  • Garage: Garage doors, safety sensors, and openers,
